Lochglenn, the City of Mist, is an archipelago of crannogs on one of the many shallow lakes among the bogs and moors of central Tellus. Home to the Great Temple of Hila, the city makes the most of the wetlands around it, from fishing the waterways to extracting iron and peat from the bogs to quarrying clay with which to make the region's distinctive pottery. Lochglenn's people are dauntless and persevering as they travel their homeland on barges and on the backs of the native stiltstriders. Many Umbrans and Ogruls likewise have made their home in these moorlands.
Lochglenn takes its inspiration and influence from Iron Age Celtic societies, especially those of Wales and Ireland, and the crannog-men from A Song of Ice and Fire. Their garb is typically layers of dark green fabrics, often showing signs of wear and tear from their frequent travels and the damp environment.
This Enclave is fallen. Lochglenn's fall was more of a slow and insidious one than most. Due to the high number of bog bodies in the surrounding marshes, the populace isolated themselves in the city for safety and slowly fell into ruin.
