Myra and her sister Linene arrived as refugees from the Sunfire Expanse in Stormglen. Their heritage made it difficult to find work within the city. Myra was willing to do the work to provide food for her sister and herself, even if it was illegal. Unfortunately, it was a setup, and she took the fall. She was sentenced to imprisonment. But her sister made a plea to Charlotte Talosta, a minor noble. They eventually settled that Myra and Linene would work for her in the town.
But now, even after a few years since Myra's official 'release,' the two sisters have made their home in Morganna, as they grew to like the place. She works as a deliverer and scout.
Myra is a warrior at heart, preferring action over words and willing to use underhanded tactics to get what she wants. While she believes that "the end justifies the means," she knows there are lines that shouldn’t be crossed. Trouble tends to follow her, especially when she lets her fists do the talking. Despite her tough exterior, Myra values the people in her life deeply, especially her older sister, Linene.
Though they don’t always see eye to eye, family remains her anchor. Mayor Charlotte arranged her job as a deliverer between Morganna and Stormglen, and while Myra dislikes Charlotte’s views, she respects her enough to never show it.
A follower of The Shadowcloak, Myra has little interest in the Moonlady Morganna’s faith but understands its place in the world. She secretly practices black magic, keeping it hidden from Linene, who would disapprove. Though she acts like a loner, Myra hates being alone. The kindness of Morganna’s people has given her a reason to stay—and a reason to uncover the truth behind the disappearances and the growing dangers along the Silver Road.
