Short Rest
After meaningful combat, players can make one or more WILL checks. Each success means one of the following:
Recover half of any lost hit points, plus CON bonus;
Recover one use of an expended class ability;
Recover one Reroll Pool die.
Note: option 1. may only be selected once per short rest. Magic users may not recover an expended spell use from the same spell level more than once within 24 hours.
Only 3 short rests can be taken per 24 hour period. One grants 3 WILL checks, one grants 2; one grants 1. Plus bonus WILL checks equal to CON modifier (if any; ignore negative)
Long Rest
A long rest requires 1d6 days of low key activity. If at an inn or similar, only 1d4 days required.
A long rest grants:
All expended class abilities are restored;
All expended Reroll Pool dice are restored;
All attribute point loss is restored (not including LUCK).
Recover 1 point of LUCK.
Recover half of any lost hit points, plus 1d4 + CON bonus.
