Clara grew up in Neverwinter, surrounded by books, scrolls, and stories of forgotten magic. During her years of study, she became fascinated by tales of a lost magical relic said to be hidden somewhere along the Sword Coast — an artifact connected to ancient ruins and long-buried secrets. Most scholars dismissed the story as myth, but Clara became convinced the relic, The Star of Dumathion, is real.

Unable to let the mystery go, she left her studies behind to seek it out herself. Adventuring is dangerous, but it offers two things she desperately needs: coin to fund her journey and opportunities to uncover clues hidden in the wilds.

Though intelligent and well-read, Clara is still new to life on the road. She approaches the world with curiosity and optimism, eager to see the places she has only ever read about in books. She’s also happy to travel with companions, especially anyone who might have knowledge of ancient history, ruins, magic, or treasure maps.

Unknown to Clara, her search may lead her toward discoveries far greater — and far more dangerous — than she ever imagined.
