151 ATC | The Birdfolk Peace Travels

After a century and a half of bloodshed, a fragile peace settled upon the lands formerly known as Arnewynd. Settlements rose from the ruins, cautious attempts at coexistence among the newly sentient Therans and the other races. Humanity, once the architects of war and devastation, now clung to the fringes of their former empire. Their diminished nation, bitterly named "Arnewynd's Endure," was a mere shadow of its past glory—a self-imposed exile among the ruins of their own making. The weight of their sins lingered, unspoken yet undeniable.

It was the Bird Therans who took on the burden of reconciliation. As natural wanderers, they traveled the lands, carrying uneasy messages of peace between the fractured races. In Sevenfold, representatives from the seven dominant races—Humans, Foxfolk, Wolffolk, Harefolk, Taufolk, Deerfolk, and Bearfolk—gathered to forge an accord.

Yet, despite these efforts, humanity remained distant. The birth of the Therans was a living reminder of their crimes, and worse still, their reckless ambition had tainted The Breath itself. Fearful of further divine wrath, they dismantled all remnants of the Subjurforged, ensuring their mistakes would never rise again. The scars of war remained, etched into the land, the people, and the very air they breathed. Peace had come, but the wounds had yet to heal.
