Some say there's not much difference between the Star and The Sun. However, their relationship is rather complex. The Star(s) are the mysterious celestial forces that shine when the Sun cannot. A force from afar or from an unexpected direction. Some call this force the arrogant side of the Moon, perhaps even more arrogant than the Sun can be.

But they miss the point. The Sun represents achievements and success from those who it is expected from like lords, kings and queens. The Star is about someone who defies expectations, a mere peasant that rises up to save their hometown instead of running away from danger.
