245 ATC | Kall-Carie Vanished

Kall-Carie, once a proud coastal city devoted to Harmonia, Mistress of Gentle Passage, was swallowed by the desert sands in 245 ATC in a sudden, catastrophic event that left almost no survivors.

Witnesses recalled a strange purple cloud rolling over the city, engulfing its White-and-Red rooftops, its monumental bridge, and the towering White Spire of Harmonia. In an instant, a vibrant community of traders, families, and clerics vanished.

Among the unimaginable loss, only Rose White and her mother, Calista survived. A miraculous and haunting escape that spared them from the fate that claimed Rose’s twin sister, Snow White, and nearly the entire population of Kall-Carie. Many years later, the disappearance is still remembered as an act of overwhelming devastation.

The ruins of Kall-Carie became a place of mourning and uneasy reverence. Pilgrims leave white feathers and carved symbols at the sands that once held homes, markets, and temples, honoring the lives abruptly ended and the gentle passage that never came.

Clerics of Harmonia remain divided, unsure whether the destruction was punishment, a test of faith. The White Dove Ceremony, a cornerstone of Kall-Carie’s religious life, has never been performed again, leaving a Void in the spiritual traditions of its followers.

Rose and Calista’s survival is remembered with both relief and sorrow.
An unlikely thread of life woven through one of Ignisar’s most harrowing tragedies.
