The first "port" of call for any visitor to Baeldun is the Docks. The Docks are overseen by a water genasi called Farrah.

Farrah is a stern Harbourmaster that keeps order as much as anyone possibly could over the docks as the merchants, sailors and tourists come and go. Her sky blue hair flows as if she's always under water and her dark blue skin always glistens for being a little bit yet. She's also never without her Rapier, Her Point, perfect for on land AND underwater combat.
