He will readily tell anyone about the “betrayal of Eastroc” and furtively collects items which once belonged to the fabled mercantile house. Oathspeak is 1) True Neutral, 2) fragile of ego, 3) a bit of a lush, 4) easily flattered. He speaks Common, Dwarvish, and Gnomish.
