Northtower Townhall

You see an old keep standing on a rocky island in the middle of the slow moving river. A pretty stone bridge leads you to its entrance—the air is filled with birdsong and you notice some flowers pushing through the snow.

As you move closer, you notice gaping holes in some of the turret roofs and glass missing from some of the windows with greenery growing out of it.

The Old Tower is an old castle that rises up on a small island in the middle of the river. It is the landmark to which the town owes its name, although it has fallen in great disrepair.

The current Town Speaker, Flax Copperfleck, has taken residence in it and uses the entrance hall as his office and meeting room. The rest of the castle remains off-limits to the townhall.

The entrance hall itself is beautifully decorated with woodland scenes on the walls and ceiling and a wide staircase leading up to the first floor.
