As an action you can grant a creature you can touch proficiency in a skill until the next time they make a skill check with that skill. If they are already proficient they double their proficiency bonus. If this bonus is not used in the next hour then it goes away.

As an action you imbue a creature with the knowledge of one of the language you speak. For the next hour, that creature is considered proficient in the chosen language.
