"Well? Go on, then! Finish what you started!" He shouted, hoarse. A confident brogue returned from the dark. "Don't be so hasty to give up your breath..." Bright eyes flashed over a purring tongue, accented by the jingle of pocketed coin.
"It's so much easier to simply take your coin and be served by the innkeep. Heh! You may keep your life, prey."

A race of halfblood Beastfey known for their venomous tails and graceful ferocity. Likened to the more feral manticore, these people have horns, furry ears, feline gazes and a tail tipped in poison. Their humanoid bodies are covered in fur although the pattern and covering can vary while often being thinner on the belly.
They are sometimes thought to be a variant of Vargenir , albiet influenced by infernal aether, but scholars cannot be sure.

Taste for Flesh.
Tichora are uncommon in Nhera though found mostly in Netzekal's desert regions where they seem to have originated. For hundreds of years, they were at odds with settlers of the region, consuming them for food in the barren sands until the new communities retaliated. These days, Tichora live mostly peacefully alongside many communities although their bodies are not able to easily process vegetarian diets. Most have discovered that spilling a coin purse beats the effort of spilling blood for survival's sake.
Solitary Hunters.
Tichora are primarily solitary hunters, their lives often spent roaming the vast deserts of Netzekal or flooded forests of Iriomote. They come together only for brief periods to trade or mate. Their independence and fierce self-reliance have shaped their culture.
Survival Through Trade.
While once relying solely on hunting for themselves, Tichora have discovered the value of trade and barter. They often venture into nearby settlements to sell their hunted meat & foraged food to exchange it for gold or other goods they need. This newfound economic activity has brought them into greater contact with other races and has served to endear them to some communities where outside trade is valuable.
