Narnolir: Story of winter

Narnolir, a longsword forged by a legendary high elf blademaster. Renowned for its keen edge and elegant design, it was wielded by a valiant high elf commander who met Arughoth Blacklance, the marauder prince of the dark elves, in a brutal battle. The high elf commander's skill and resilience impressed Arughoth, and despite their opposing allegiances, a grudging respect blossomed between them.

Tragically, the high elf commander fell in the battle. Arughoth, in an unexpected act of respect for his fallen adversary, claimed Narnolir not as a trophy but as a memento. He commissioned dark elf enchanters to infuse the blade with a sliver of captured winter's essence, forever etching the memory of the high elf commander and their unlikely bond onto the weapon.
