The southern regions of Selenia are governed by Nerezza Moonstone and his Moonlight Priesthood from the soaring bastion that is the Moonlight Citadel.

A center for trade, clerical services, and worship, the Moonlight Citadel is surrounded by clusters of structures in varying stages of completion. The Priesthood welcomes all who journey through here, and even the most ramshackle home is afforded a high degree of courtesy.
