Across the Oslo Wasteland, people have formed groups around shared beliefs, ambitions, necessities and enemies. Some control territory and resources. Others survive through trade, violence, technology, faith or cooperation.

Rumors are not necessarily facts, appearances can be deceiving, and a faction's members may not always agree with one another.
