Across the ruins, tunnels and wilderness, people have found ways to survive. Some have built communities behind fortified walls. Others occupy the remains of the Old World, live underground, or have created something entirely new.
This section contains information about the settlements and communities we have encountered or learned about.
The information recorded here reflects what is currently known. A settlement may begin as little more than a name or rumor, with more information becoming available as we learn about it.
No two settlements are quite alike.
Some offer safety and stability. Others survive through trade, isolation, military strength or simple desperation. Each has its own people, rules and way of dealing with the dangers of the wasteland.
Knowing that a settlement exists does not necessarily mean we know what waits inside.
