WARLOCKS ARE OFF-LIMITS
You currently are living within the time of Llithe where civilized innovation makes its way into the lives of many, roads are paved with history, steam machines and coal fueled ambitions rise to the occasion to progress modern civilization. Mana still remains a strong pillar and force within Llithe, but its strength and potency are slowly weakened with the existence of The Tower. Reliance of its usefulness grows thin as many do not want to fall into a void of obscurity as one day Mana will soon be just legend.
Still under the rule of Altiar Aurelius, you find that on the surface, life in Llithe is as simple as the sun and moon’s rotation in the sky. But there are many layers to be discovered and unearthed, stories to be told by you and your party's journey.
The tone of this world is a mix of High Fantasy and steam-tech. Inventions of ships, modified adaptations of early vehicles and firearms all exist within this land.
Think of it as a mix of Science Fantasy ( like Final Fantasy 7 outside of Midgar, Kingdom Hearts-ish, Legend of Korra, Arcane, Star Wars Old Republic ) combining fantasy and scientific innovation/technology. All mixed with Dark Fantasy undertones.
Modified adaptations of early vehicles meaning vehicles, airships. High forms of electricity are powered by Mana Conduits (magic) like crystals, orbs, etc. Raw electricity is a thing but has not reached that point of innovation into everyday applications.
High Fantasy elements still bleed into this world, Kings, Lord, Knights, Wizards, Armor, A vast amount of different species and whimsy are still very much a thing, where you are at is very much in between these two ages of creation, giving you some flexibility in making your PC.
The world’s innovation will evolve with its story and timeline, so if things are not in place yet to be invented it could be in the future.

Summary on Character Card: Who is your character in the present
Backstory sent to DM: Your lore, your story to what lead to who you are now.
These questions should be answered in a way to clearly direct your character the way you intend it to. It will give the DM a better understanding on how you want your character to be perceived by the world of Llithe.
Questions to be asked for your character:
Is your character’s upbringing modest, comfortable, rough, complicated, depressing?
What are your character’s personality traits, how do they act or behave?
What is your goal for your character in Llithe?
What Flaws does your character have that might have an impact on their goals/journey?
What contributions would your character bring to a group that is diverse and different?
What does your character think of the Great Divide?
What does your character think about Mana and Innovation in their own separate fields?
How does your character view/think of the Primordials and The Faith of Nine?
How does your character view/think of the world and order?

Somebody insulted you last week. How did you respond?
If you had a sudden windfall of cash, how would you spend it?
A child asks you to help them with a small task. How do you respond?
You see a man struggling with the town guard as they try to arrest him. Do you intervene? If so, how? If not, why?
