Characters will be created inside Foundry during Session 0. This is to ensure the best experience during game play.
While characters can be imported from D&D Beyond, this results in inconsistent results during game play. Foundry does not recommend this.
We purely use 2024 rules including options from
Player's Handbook
Eberron Forge of the Artificer
Forgetten Realms Heroes of Faerun
Tasha's Cauldron of Everything
Other's as they become official Foundry content...

Unless stated otherwise, characters start at level 1.
Ability scores will be rolled using 4d6kh3ro1. You will assign results to the ability of your choice. A roll result totalling less than 69 can be re-rolled, no more than twice.
Characters will get max HP for level 1-3. After that, players will roll for additional HP when leveling.
Characters will take either starting equipment or starting gold from the class and background selections. Players can then buy or sell gear found in the Player's Handbook at cost.
Characters will have an alignment and their choices during gameplay should reflect their alignment.
Players should work on a backstory that ties in their background and this campaign. Why are they here? Do any of the characters know each other? You should also include
Other rules:
