Bloodmoss is a dull, dark green moss that can be found growing over the top of grave mounds or blanketing entire battlefields. It’s also common to find animal skeletons in the woods covered with this flora. While some folk see bloodmoss as nothing but a morbid pest, some enjoy how it masks the scars of battle and may plant it intentionally.
