Euryale

Euryale is a female deity who protects travelers across dimensions and advocates for following the well-trodden path. She is the guardian of tradition and children, helping her faithful overcome all obstacles—but only if they are pious. She is frequently invoked while on the road and is considered the protector of Vitallian caravans. Her name is praised after a successful childbirth and every day during supper and dinner.

Holy Days: 1st of March, 12th of August, 24th of December

Rituals:
Blood sacrifices are offered on holy days, before childbirth, or prior to a journey. A woman about to give birth is sprayed with basil sprigs dipped in the blood of sacrificed animals. The innards and bones of the slaughtered animals are wrapped in the skin and buried on the road before a traveler or caravan embarks on a long or dangerous journey.
