King Norionor Whiteshield (a.k.a. Naranor)

Norionor Whiteshield, a major king of Lothen and a pivotal figure in Vitallia’s history, was charged with uniting the kingdoms of the Forklands in preparation for the prophesied arrival of Nedel. The prophecy, spoken by Laraskul and interpreted by Akreyn Thiaspis, drove Norionor into a zealous campaign that would become known as the March of the Lion.

Believing he was destined to conquer the mainland of Vitallia, Norionor assembled an immense army and subjugated kingdom after kingdom. However, the prophecy had been misread—Nedel did not appear. Instead, his minions, the Children of Chaos, rose and ravaged Goualekir. Norionor, blinded by ambition and greed, ignored the catastrophe and continued his conquest.

This sparked resistance from powerful figures across Vitallia, culminating in the Battle of Swordbridge, where Norionor fell to the Element, a being created for the sole purpose of destroying him.
