Vitallia Overview

Vitallia

Vitallia is the main world in the universe of Meteor Tales, a universe known as Radrum. It is a high-fantasy world set in a medieval era where Gods, Mortals, and a native deity called the Sentinel fight each other for dominion. Throughout the history of the world, these powers have fought, existed in peace, and betrayed each other countless times, painting a dark picture of a world that was born in blood.

Origin and Creation

The history of Vitallia begins with the Great War — a primordial conflict between the Gods, the Sentinel, and eventually the Races (collectively referred to as Mankind despite the differences between Humans, Elves, Dwarves, and others), who joined the war later to participate in shaping their world.

Vitallia itself was created by a Meteor and later discovered by foreign forces — the Gods who roamed the universe in search of power.

The Sentinel

Vitallia is defined by the Sentinel, its own creator and the ancient creature that dwells beneath the surface of the earth. It affects every living being and the very environment of the world itself.

Civilizations and Kingdoms

Over the centuries, civilizations emerged and kingdoms were formed in every corner of the world. These kingdoms are not inhabited by a single species (Race) but by mixed peoples. However, certain regions show dominance of specific species due to cultural and physical adaptations.

The Ages of Vitallia

Vitallia’s lifespan is unusually short for a planet. It is currently in its 5th Age — the Age of the Tyrant. Each previous Age lasted between 500 and 1,000 years:

Because of this relatively brief timeline, immortal or extremely long-lived beings exist who personally survived the Great War and still walk the world today, able to recount its horrors firsthand.
