The world of Vitallia, as created by The Sentinel, is filled with monsters hatched within Amber Seals. These nests are usually found beneath the surface of the earth and sometimes even underwater. Once the Amber Bubbles burst, the monsters are free to roam the world.
Although Vitallia is riddled with Amber Bubbles and thus monsters, certain locations spawn an overwhelming number of beasts, forming hordes that terrorize entire regions. These places are known as Elder Warrens.
Historically, Elder Warrens were discovered by powerful individuals who sought ways to contain or limit the threat of the monsters within. The most infamous of all is The Crater of the World—the very heart of The Sentinel, located in central Vitallia where the primordial meteor struck at the dawn of creation. From this origin point, countless lesser warrens spread underground, forming a vast network of Amber Bubbles that birth monsters in every corner of the world.
The Elder Warrens, however, possess additional, unique properties beyond simply spawning monsters.
