The Grey Pack is the council of Wolffolk elders who govern their society from the House of Grey, the largest mansion in the heart of Howlstead. The elders are deeply traditionalist, placing immense value on bloodline and duty, particularly lineages descending from the legendary Fenrir Wrymslayer.
To lead their people back from the brink of extinction, the pack, under the leadership of Veruschka of Fenrisblut, established the "Reclamation Initiative." This controversial policy aims to secure the Wolffolk's future by arranging promises between eligible males and females to produce new pups, who are then raised communally.
