When lit, any creature within 15 feet of the cup that can smell the candle’s scent and remains in its presence for at least 10 minutes gains two Inspiration Dice (2d4). These dice function as Bardic Inspiration Dice, which can be added to an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. Both dice may be used simultaneously.

The additional Inspiration Dice last until the end of your next long rest.

Once this effect has been granted, the cup cannot bestow additional Inspiration Dice until you complete a long rest. When the candle burns out, the cup can be refilled with another candle to repeat its effect.
