Perched atop the Stormshore cliffs, Draketongue is a city unlike any other in the Draconova Plains. It is a shining testament to unity, innovation, and the influence of Idols who shaped its destiny. Constructed through the collaboration of dragonfolk, humans, hordelings and pouchfoots, its unique charm defies traditional draconic settlements.

Its white stone buildings, crowned with terracotta-tiled roofs, cascade along the cliffside in harmonious tiers. Elevated walkways, flourishing terraces, and vibrant plazas reflect a city shaped by collaboration, innovation, and the ideals of grand heroes whose legacies still echo through its streets.

The city’s heart beats with the words of Uniter Siegfried, who once declared, "Honor and Respect are universal for all beings. Our differences are what make us stronger together." His vision shaped not only Draketongue's foundation but also its spirit, evident in its design. The Plaza of Unity celebrates this ideal with statues of Siegfried standing alongside inspiring Aegisborn, their figures entwined to symbolize harmony. Though Siegfried’s story has faded over time, the city itself remains a testament to his enduring belief in unity.

The influence of other heroes is woven throughout Draketongue. The Transmuter Acco, a dragonfolk sorcerer, inspired generations with his words: "Remember that the most magical gems are the bonds you forge along the way. A single heart may seek the stars, but a united group can reach them!" His legacy is evident in the city’s communal spaces—vibrant shared gardens, and bridges connecting its districts—reminders of the strength found in fellowship.

Brave Meradith, a pouchfoot sorceress, brought hope and transformation with her mantra: "With stars above, the world’s at your feet; change is yours, it's yours to meet!" In her honor, the Celestial Square is a place where artisans, dreamers, and visionaries gather under the stars, embracing both creativity and the courage to grow beyond their limits.

The city’s prosperity is also tied to the memory of the Gold Dragon Fairbanks, whose life ended tragically during The Throne War. Though his attempt to mediate peace between Luminary and Humanity cost him his life, his legacy lives on in Draketongue’s bustling markets and thriving commerce. A statue of Fairbanks, modest yet radiant, stands within the Plaza of Unity, reminding merchants and traders of the enduring power of community and shared enterprise.

At Draketongue’s peak, the Council of Scales resides beneath a magnificent stained-glass dome, its brilliant colors depicting dragons and mortals standing side by side. This grand hall is a place of governance and diplomacy, where disputes between the dragonfolk clans are settled, laws are forged, and Siegfried’s vision of mutual respect strives to endure, even in an increasingly divided world.
