Forged in The Soarlands, this unique longsword was custom made for Naomi Kawakami, and it bears the unmistakable touch of the sea. However, its time spent among Seafolk has transformed it, lightening the metal until it can be wielded with one hand and flow through battle like water itself. At times, droplets drift and spiral along its blade as if drawn by unseen tides. Those attuned to it feel a quiet, rhythmic pulse, like the ocean’s breath granting them limited command over water.

Seafolk's Blessing. While attuned to this weapon, you can cast "Shape Water" at will.
Finesse. When making an attack with a finesse weapon, you use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
Light. A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons.

Although this weapon is considered magical, there's no such thing as "magical physical damage" as the SITV campaign setting removes the Non-Magical Weapon Damage rules.
