William Walton Friedman

"Have any of ya'll ever heard of a little something something called the Red Herring diamond?"

Description

Bard by trade, freebooter as dictated by faith. He's maybe a former Inquisition member? Not much is known about Friedman’s service record before the invasion of the Lord’s Alliance, but he is in possession of official (looking) Inquisition identification and weapons. He also has a bag of holding an can often be found playing tunes on his banjo.

Most other remnant members trust him as far as they can see him, but he and his ship the Twilight Princess have proved useful, yet rather fickle in the past decade. He apparently won the vessel "fair and square" from a Lords Alliance captain in a game of cards, it is not clear which game they played, but its rumoured to be narrowed down to either poker, sabbac or 52 card pick-up. No-one believes he won the vessel fair and square, but nobody cares enough to prove him wrong.

Constantly on the lookout for an artifact known as the Red Herring Diamond, but has had no luck in finding it.

When asked where he comes from, he will say he hails from a town called Tixus. Apparently situated in the deep south of Kildar, nobody has ever heard nor admitted to have been to this town.

Traits and Motivations

Always looking out for number 1, W.W. Friedman will always choose the path of least resistance and questionable morals. His loyalties are fickle, though he appears to not be outright evil and will often help those who would help him in return. Aloof and sociable he avoids making deep connections with most people he meets, preferring to be more of a tourist in other peoples lifes.

He has found a kindred spirit in his quartermaster Trokka Lok Hozak. And while they often clash, they have discovered they both have a fondness for personal freedom ... and an ability to thrive in chaos.

Has a penchant for dirty jokes and bad puns.

Routine

Can often be found aboard the Twilight Princess, in port towns or (self admittedly) in the arms of fair maidens (though these claims are of yet unsubstantiated).

"Captain"of the twilight princess, maybe former inquisitor with the Eldrtich Inquisition and definetly a scoundrel.
