The poor district of South Harbour is a real Shanty town. It’s crammed full of as many shacks, sheds and hovels as can physically be put there. Every so often one of the Merchant princes will slap a fresh coat of Whitewash onto Cabbagetown to make it look a little more respectable but mainly the people that live there don't have any money so no one cares.
