Mastercrafted Equipment (+1 to +3 Bonus, Non-Magical)
Weapons and armor of this caliber do not glow with enchantments nor hum with latent power—instead, they are made from materials of exceptional purity, forged through secret techniques passed down through generations. A Bonded Relic (+2 Longsword, magical) might begin as such a blade, but only through use in great battles and deeds does it awaken, gaining abilities tied to its wielder’s destiny.
