This is the Ank Morpork BridgeMire watch as a FitD RPG. Terry Pratchet-style humour isn't present in the book, so that's up to the GM and players. I do appreciate the image of the lady in boob-armour (more sports-bra breastplate than chain-mail bikini) with two arrows in her bared stomach.
The rules are missing what I consider one of the touch-stones of FitD gamer - the lobster-pot tension increase. BitD has heat in a city you can't leave. Teeth has a one year time-limit to get in and get out, plus the corruption system. Slugblaster has teens turning into adults and aging out of the crew. The closest BMW get to that is public opinion, but it's more of a meta-currency.
The game has a few interesting tweaks to the usual FitD mechanics. RAW, Resistance is only for failed roles, you pick your load AND items before the case (read: engagement). I suspect both
