Noire (Noy-ree) oversees the nursery of The Ethereal Plane, where shattered souls mix together and reform into something new. She ensures the reformation itself runs smoothly. She is a bit eccentric in her work, known for always being extremely enthusiastic and chipper, but they do their job well. They like to think that reforming souls might pick up on some of her energy giving them a positive note to begin on.

She barely qualifies as a deity as her role makes her little more than a lesser being helping assist Rithon with their domain. Most regard her as about as powerful as Persephone, at least until recent events.
