Out of Angwaithe and Aethvorn, the Black Veil rules the cities' districts with a pitch gauntlet and deals in butchery and the slave trade of elves- whether Valari or Draihari. They are primarily Zhâine worshippers and many of the Rite's slaves are captured for purpose of pleasure or sacrifice.

In maintaining order, those who are weak or too ambitious are usually put down or sent away on quests that would surely kill them.

The Black Veil is one of the oldest Kabals and sister to Black Rite.

Draihari in this kabal bear red claws across their faces, chests, or limbs.
