A Shaitaani Dahakai, or "lord of fear", serves as a chief. They can command five or five-hundred, but are regarded as the fiercest or wisest of their group.

The name, despite it's translation, serves more to mean an individual who wards against the fear of those under him as well as instilling it in their enemies. They are the protector of their tribe.
