Whenever you reduce Endurance loss and you reduce it to 0, gain 1 Focus.
Armor, Shields and some Weapons are typically gear that reduce Endurance loss. Basically, if you activate those and negate all incoming damage from a single source, you gain 1 Focus. Similar for Powered Abilities that reduce Endurance loss.
