Tsenan Luu / Spring's Domain was created by Gurang Zhi / Solane to be one of the four Rune Pillars bordering Plumamentia - specifically, the furthermost East. It embodies, amongst other things, the concepts of transformation and of renewal, and is guarded by Tsenan Luu / Spring, one of the four Dragon Lords / Luuwang.
