Stage 3 Sickened 2, Slowed 2, Enfeebled 1; the creature is compelled to approach and touch the Heartstone (mental compulsion).

Cure 3 consecutive successful Fortitude saves or a successful Remove Disease spell cast at 4th level or higher.
