2 RP: The PC learns the location of Valthrus Manor, the year it was constructed (3044), and when it was abandoned (3047).

4 RP: Several workers who built the manor vanished shortly after completing their tasks, and the original blueprints of the manor appear to have been lost or deliberately destroyed.

6 RP: The vanished workers were those assigned to construct secret basement chambers beneath the manor, hinting that these areas held particular significance.

8 RP: The PC has gathered enough information to sketch a basic floor plan of the manor’s main levels and some basement chambers, including areas Kitchen Cellar(E1), Scriptorium (E7), and Family Crypt (E8).
