Pick any unlabeled small building on the town map as your home (GM approval — some buildings have plans of their own). Then choose one treasure set per player, no duplicates until all four are taken. Your treasure waits at home when the campaign opens — you won't start with it, but you won't wait long:

  1. Two minor healing potions and one piece of common adventuring gear worth 2 gp or less.

  2. One predictable silver piece and a vial holding one dose of oil of potency.

  3. Supplies for an alarm snare, 10 sp, and two lesser ghost charges.

  4. One cold-iron chunk worth 10 gp.

About your family

The campaign never directly targets PC families — they face only the same perils as the whole town. If you'd like your relatives woven into events more closely (or kept firmly in the background), say so at session zero.
