Wist, God of Potluck is known as the god of hospitality and sharing.

They are usually depicted as a plump, smiling woman holding a ladle. Small idols like this are often found on the hearth inside family homes or at the center of community plazas.

Worship

Worshippers believe being hospitable and charitable towards strangers and their neighbors will receive it threefold in the afterlife. They’re known to be active members of their community, but also for being a bit overzealous with inviting everyone over for dinner, sometimes even before a proper introduction is made.

Wist’s followers tend to always have some stew or soup on the hearth in case an unexpected visitor comes by. They prefer hearty, single-pan dishes for their practicality and warmth.
