We recommend using pathbuilder initially for your level up. You probably still have this link. If not, you'll have to manually look up what you get at that level on the Archives of Nethys.
At level 2, John Domos: the Wizard gets a class feat and a skill feat.
Higher levels and different classes may differ slightly.

The order of these choices doesn't really matter, but keep in mind that some feats have prerequisites that may already be available at that level (Expert proficiency level on skills for example).
For John Domos we decided that we wanted to go with Energy Ablation as their class feat, and Streetwise as their skill feat for level 2.
Wizards don’t get skill increases on level 2, but on levels you do get them. Note that expert and master skill level unlock on level 2 and 7 respectively.

After making our choices, we are now going to manually copy this over to our foundry character.
Open the Domos foundry. Open your character, and change the level in the top right corner to the corresponding level, which for us will be 2, but may be higher for you at the point of reading this.

Either drag and drop the options from the compendium in the right bar above settings and below music, or open the compendium browser on the feat itself by clicking the looking glass with browse next to it.
From there, drag and drop the feat you need in the corresponding box.

In case you need to increase the proficiency of a skill, you may do so on the skills tab and clicking on the proficiency level to edit it.

If you’re a caster, I recommend reading the Archives of Nethys page on your caster carefully, and to make sure you have enough spellslots. In this case, John Domos was missing a spell slot for his curriculum spell. Also make sure to add a number of prepared or learned spells according to your class.

In Domos we use the Gradual Attribute Boost rule, meaning that for most levels you will get an attribute boost. Don’t forget to check and increase the stat you wish.
If you increase your intelligence, note that you may add a bonus proficiency and another language.

Finally, edit your character forum on the Domos Discord. Instructions can be found there
