Lagos is a small fishing village, with so few permanent residents that the village is not even visible on most maps. However, the people of Lagos had some docks and ships so that they could sustain themselves on the bounty of the seas.
When the Guild of the Black Sky came to Lagos, looking for a way to bypass the Plains of Sorrow to send supplies to the Cast, the people of Lagos rose to the occasion to help in the humanitarian mission. The fishing port was expanded into a full dock that was able to produce, supply, and launch Merchant Ships for relief efforts.
Over time, a Watchtower was built to guard Lagos from the Daemon forces, and the docks grew into a full shipyard. With the wars on the Eastern Front of Nova Regnus dying down, the only concerns left to the people of Lagos are their bitter rivals, the Republic of Irate Whalers.
