Darkwood Mills

As the expansion of the Kult spread to the East, a great forest was discovered. As the area was explored, a gang of Wererats was discovered to have taken up residence in the forest. The rat men had set up an ambush, knowing that they were no match for the Tharrosian Guard in direct combat. A battle ensued, the rats luring the Tharrosians into a trap, with a horrible tentacled beast arising from a lake, thrashing at them with its mighty tentacles. The battle was ultimately won, and now the village oversees logging operations in the area.
