The Standing Stones

A set of 2 concentric circles of standing stones. Carvings adorn much of the surface in a multitude of languages, though little has yet been translated. At the centre lies a larger stone than the others, a spiral carved in the peak facing the rising sun.

Members of the Expeditionary Coalition more well-versed in the religions and rituals of nature surmise a greater importance to the central stone than may immediately stand out.

The centremost stone hums with a constant frequency that can cause an unsettling feeling in those nearby. Certain sounds in specific locations can cause the runes on other stones to glow faintly, and to emit a tone of their own.
