The creature remains as your Minion until you fail to pay the action point upkeep. When you fail to pay the action point upkeep, they cease being your Minion, but continue on as Undead. You can reclaim them as your Minion by casting this spell on them again.
Undead created by this spell cannot cast spells with an attunement requirement higher than 15.
This spell cannot target Huge or larger creatures.
You cannot cast this spell on creatures with a Level equal to or higher than yours.
