The target then must succeed an Arcane saving throw, or the lightning will dwell within them, sustaining itself off of their lifeforce. At the start of your turn while you concentrate on this spell, or when the target attempts to cast a spell, the target takes 1d10 Lightning damage and is Shocked. A creature under the effect of this spell can attempt to expel the lightning within itself, ending the spell, by making an Arcane saving throw for 3 AP on its turn.
