Spell Description:

You call upon a demonic spirit of the abyss, and allow it to inhabit the armor you are wearing.

If you are wearing armor, while under the effects of this spell you gain the following:

You gain Ward equal to 2d6 + your Occult Attribute.

You gain a +3 bonus to saving throws made against Spells and Magical Effects.

When this Ward is broken or replaced, the demonic spirit inhabiting your armor no longer protects you, and will instead attack enemies within 5 feet of you with the Abyssal Spiritclaw spell when you end your turns, until the spell ends. The demonic spirit has a STR bonus of +3. The demonic spirit understands Erdelis, but cannot speak.

If you recast this spell, restoring this spell’s Ward, the demonic spirit resumes protecting you, granting you its defensive benefits.

The origin of the abyss is tied to the very creation of the world. It's inhabitants and protectors carry with them the primal vestiges of the earliest forms of life.
