I cannot fathom why the Valians believe throwing should be allowed in a duel.

When you are Grappling a creature, attacks against that creature are made at advantage.

When you are knocked Prone, you can expend your reaction to move 5 feet and get back up.

Your unarmed attacks deal 2 additional damage.
