Spell Description:

You raise your catalyst to the sky and call down a lightning strike unto it. You then control it, and release this lightning at a target you can see. The target must succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 10d10 lightning damage, or half as much on a successful save. This spell has no effect if you cannot see the sky from your casting position.
