Halflings

Halflings

“Henevir” in Alder, "Gnomes" or "Half-men" to some.

Of all the races, none enjoy the comforts of a warm home, a cooked meal, the warm sun, and a crisp breeze through a spring countryside more than the Halflings. They are content with living life peacefully, and a Halfling rarely turns down a good conversation. Many Halflings highly value family, and their picturesque pastoral communities. When their communities are presented with challenges, they will often try to solve the problem as simply as possible. Halflings are known to have genuine passion for the things they love, and some may even be roused to roam to find what they truly seek.

Halflings try to stay out of the way of conflicts, and tend to stay out in the rural countryside, away from harm, or carefully roaming, making sure not to draw too much attention to themselves. Halflings are a small folk, with a lesser height than most, fuzzy arms and legs, and hearty features, similar to some humans. They are prone to having full heads of hair, a swiftness to their step, and a bright mind.
